Eamcet Engineering-Pharmacy-Medicine Notification

EAMCET - described as Engineering, Agricultural and Medical Common Entrance Test – 2010 (EAMCET – 2010) will be conducted on 30th May 2010. Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad has been given the responsibility of conducting this important test. This exam is for entry into the first year graduate courses Engineering, Pharmacy, Medicine, Agriculture and allied courses in Government, aided and all private professional colleges in Andhra Pradesh.

Following are the courses to be given admission based on EAMCET rankings....
1. B.E/ B.Tech courses
2. B.V.Sc and AH/B.Sc (Ag)/B.Sc (Hort)/B.F.Sc/B.Tech (FS&T)/ B.Sc (CA&BM) courses
3. MBBS/ BDS/ BAMS/ BHMS/ BNYS courses
4. B. Pharm/B.Tech. (Bio-Technology) and Pharm-D (Doctor of Pharmacy) courses.

For Engineering Stream (E) 10.00 AM to 1.00 PM
For Medicine Stream (AM) 02.30 PM to 5.30 PM

Eligibility

The minimum educational qualification to apply for EAMCET-2010 is a pass in Intermediate or appearance in 2nd year Intermediate Examination (10 + 2 method) or its equivalent. A pass in Diploma or appearing at the final year Diploma Examination in Engineering held by the State Board of Technical Education and Training. Diploma candidates can apply for B.E/B.Tech.l B.Pharm courses only. Diploma in pharmacy candidates are eligible to apply for Pharm-D, a new course.

How to apply?

EAMCET – 2010 application can be submitted either online or off-line. The late fee for application and online submission application fee must be in the form of D.D. on any nationalized bank payable at Hyderabad. The DD should be drawn in favor of the Secretary, Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education.

Completely filled in applications should be submitted to the "Regional Coordinator" in person or should send to the "Convener, EAMCET – 2010, Examination Building, Ground Floor, JNT University Hyderabad, Kukatpally, Hyderabad- 500 085" by Registered Post.

2. Last date for sale of applications : 15-04-2010
3. Last date for the receipt of applications (without late fee): 09-04-2010
4. Last date for receipt of applications at Convener Office with late fee of Rs. 500/- : 15-04-2010
5. Last date with late fee of Rs. 1000/- : 21-04-2010
6. Last date with late fee of Rs. 5000/- : 10-05-2010
7. Last date with late fee of Rs. 10000/- : 27-05-2010
