Rashtriya Sanskrit Vidyapeetha (Tirupati) | B.Ed. Siksha Sastri & M.Ed. Siksha Acharya Admissions 2010

Rashtriya Sanskrit Vidyapeetha, Tirupati- an institution dedicated for for the study of Sanskrit and allied disciplines has issued admission notification for 2010. The Rashtriya Sanskrit Vidyapeetha (RSV) conducts two tests separately for admission into B.Ed. and M.Ed.. Both these courses are recognised by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE).

Details of Courses:
* B.Ed. (Siksha Sastri) : 100 seats (1 year regular course)
* M.Ed. (Siksha Acharya) : 10 seats (1 year regular course)

Last date for submission of applications : 10/04/2010

Admission Procedure:
* Rashtriya Sanskrit Vidyapeetha shall conduct Pre-Siksha Sastri Test (PSST) 2010 for admission into B.Ed. (Siksha Sastri) Course.
* Pre- Siksha Acharya Test (PSAT) 2010 will be conducted for admission into M.Ed. (Siksha Acharya).

Eligibility:

For B.Ed.: Candidates should have qualied in any of these courses with at least 50% marks..... Sastri ( 3 years) / B.A.(Sanskrit) / B.O.L (Sanskrit) / B.A.L(Sanskrit)/ Vidwat Madhyama / Acharya / Vidwat Uttama / Siromani / M.A.(Sanskrit) OR any equivalent examination recognised by RSV.

For M.Ed.: Candidates must have cleared Acharya / M.A. Sanskrit/ Vidwat Uttama or any equivalent examination with Shiksha Sastri or B.Ed. with Sanskrit Teaching Methodology or any equivalent degree recognised by the Vidyapeetha. Should have minimum 50% marks.
